 APPLICATION:
COVER B 523 is suitable for non-iron alloys, including brass, bronze, and cannon copper. It is also suitable for crucibles and copper bricks, copper powder, copper residue in the reverberator, and unclean wastes.

QUANTITY OF USE:
Use 1~2 kg of BRASS COVER B 523 per 100 kg of copper alloy, the flux usage quantity depends on the material of waste.

METHOD OF USE
Directions of melting:
1. Form part of melting at the bottom of the crucible.
2. Mix COVER B 523 with the waste and the copper powder.
3. Stir the metal and the flux rapidly into mixture, lay aside for 1~2 minutes, and clean away the residue around the crucible.
4. When the alloy needs deoxidization, add MORLAND DEOXYTUBES into it, use 1 piece

DEOXYTUBE NO.42 per 50 kg.

Directions of melting stove:
When use waste, gear wheel, skin brick, steel teeth, and copper material firstly, mix with MORLAND COVER B523.

HEALTH AND SAFETY:
1. Use suitable barrier cream while handling the flux.
2. Avoid spreading dust or fume.
3. Avoid direct contact with eyes, in the event of eye contact, irrigate with clean water to 15~20 minutes.
