 Application on diverse objects:

1.ladles, scrapers, Skimmers, Shovels, stirrers, plungers: Easy to remove the metal slag from tools surface. Protect tool from molten metal. Eliminate Iron.
2. Gravity diesandgravity, Die core: Easier removal of casting improved surface finish faster production.
3. Furnace linings (All types), Launder section, and crucibles: Prolongs the life of lining, Easier to cleaning, reduction in cleaning damage, Eliminates Iron pick-up.


The method to use:

Dilute 1 volume of MET-EX with 2 or 5 volumes of water.

1 volume MET-EX: 2 volumes water for brushing
Spray or brush mixture onto surface to be protected. Ensure coated surface is completely dry before use; either by coating a previously warmed surface, using a source of heat to dry the coating or dipping a previously warmed implement into the mixture. Aim for a coating thickness of about 0.5mm.
